Ingredients:
β’ 9 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
β’ 6 slices bacon, chopped
β’ 2 tablespoons butter
β’ 2 cloves garlic, minced
β’ 1 cup heavy cream
β’ Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
β’ Β½ teaspoon salt
β’ Β½ teaspoon black pepper
β’ ΒΌ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
β’ Β½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
β’ Β½ cup reserved pasta water (if needed)
β’ 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Tortellini:
β’ Boil tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Bacon:
β’ In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy.
β’ Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the pan.
3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
β’ Add butter to the skillet with the bacon grease.
β’ Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
β’ Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.

β’ If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
