CAJUN CHEESY BEEF AND SPAGHETTI PASTA IN PARMESAN SAUCE

Ingredients:

1½ lbs ground beef
12 oz spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
½ cup reserved pasta water (if needed to thin sauce)
Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish

Directions:

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground beef. Brown the beef and break it into crumbles. Season with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, and cheddar/mozzarella. Stir until melted and smooth. Add reserved pasta water if needed to thin the sauce.
Toss in the cooked spaghetti and stir until everything is coated in the cheesy, creamy Cajun sauce.
Serve hot, topped with chopped parsley or green onions.
