Cheesesteak Tortellini in Creamy Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients:

1 package cheese tortellini (16 oz)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
8 oz cooked steak, sliced thin
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:

Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.
Add the steak and cook until heated through.
Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, cooking until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss in the cooked tortellini until well coated. Garnish with parsley and serve.
