Blow molds are the common term for hollow plastic decorations created through a plastic injection molding process called blow molding.
Check the bottom for an embossed date to determine if it's vintage. Newer models no longer place a date. Also vintage #blowmolds were produced in America. If yours says, made in China it's not vintage. One other way to determine if it's vintage is to look at the electrical cord.
