Ingredients
For the Oreo Cheesecake Filling:
1 cup full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature

8 Oreo cookies, finely crushed (reserve a few for garnish)
For Assembly:
6 glazed donuts (classic or chocolate-glazed for extra richness)
6 small scoops vanilla bean ice cream (optional but recommended)
ΒΌ cup warm chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
Whipped cream or mini Oreos, for topping (optional)
Instructions
Make the filling: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Gently fold in the crushed Oreos until evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate for 20β30 minutes to firm slightly.
Prepare the donuts: Using a serrated knife, slice each donut horizontally through the middle to create two even halvesβthe bottom half will be the βbun,β the top half the βtop bun.β
Assemble the burgers: Spread a thick layer of chilled Oreo cheesecake filling onto the cut side of each bottom donut half. For maximum decadence, place a small scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the filling. Add a second layer of whole mini Oreos or additional crushed cookies for texture if desired.
