Only 3 Ingredient Crispy Egg rolls
If you love sausage, you can try this recipe. So easy and delicious. This is my to go recipe when I am in a hurry and no need to marinade the meat. The sausage is well seasoned already!
All you need is 1 pack flavored sausage, 1 pack coleslaw mix, and the egg roll wraps. Note: sausage is already seasoned- I use Italian sausage or sweet and spicy. I don’t like salty! Adding coleslaw mix is a perfect blends to me. Not salty or not bland. The eggrolls wrap has already salt in it.
Steps:
In a pan, fry the sausage until brown. Then, add the coleslaw mix. Mix well and Stirfry for about a minute or two and set aside. Let it cool.
Prepare the egg roll wraps. Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of filling and wrap the rolls. Brush water on the edge to seal. Repeat the process till done.
Add on spices: 1 teaspoon soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste (optional)
You can fry it, bake or air fry!
*For deep fryer 370 F till golden brown
*For air fried 390F, 6 minutes each side. Brush with oil (optional).
*For oven bake, 425F- 15-20 minutes brush with oil
