Beef and Cheese Chimichangas
📋 Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
• 1/2 cup onion, diced
• 1/2 cup refried beans
• 4 large flour tortillas
• Oil for frying
🍽️ Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Mix in refried beans and half of the cheese; remove from heat.
3. Fill tortillas with beef mixture, roll them up, and secure with toothpicks.
4. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry chimichangas until golden brown.
5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving.
