🧀🇮🇹 Maccheroni al Forno
Ingredients:
9 oz (250 g) maccheroni pasta
10.5 oz (300 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
14 oz (400 g) tomato sauce
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 onion, chopped (about 1 cup / 150 g)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and oregano to taste
Instructions:
🍝 Cook pasta until just tender.
🥄 Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, add tomato sauce and oregano.
🧀 Mix pasta with sauce, layer in a baking dish with mozzarella.
🔥 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
