🍕 Pizza Rustica
A rich Italian Easter pie made with eggs, cheese, and cured meats baked inside a buttery crust.
Ingredients:
• All-purpose flour: 3 cups (375 g)
• Butter: ¾ cup (170 g), cold and diced
• Eggs: 4 large
• Ricotta: 2 cups (450 g)
• Mozzarella: 1 cup (100 g), shredded
• Salami/ham: 1 cup, chopped
Instructions:
1️⃣ • Mix flour and butter to form a dough. Chill.
2️⃣ • In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, and meats.
3️⃣ • Roll dough and line a baking dish.
4️⃣ • Fill with cheese-meat mixture.
5️⃣ • Cover with dough lid, seal edges.
6️⃣ • Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden.
