This recipe calls for flounder, but you may use any white fish.
Halibut, orange roughie, cod, haddock, sole, sea bass.
GOLDEN FLOUNDER FILLETS
3 lbs. flounder fillets
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. hot sauce or Siracha
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
lemon slices and chopped parsley for garnish
Place fillets on baking sheet, and broil for 3 minutes. Mix mayo, onion, garlic, hot sauce, cheese and bread crumbs. Spread evenly over fillets. Broil for 5 minutes until crispy and fish is cooked through. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley. Serve with tartar sauce if desired.
