- 1 pound lobster tails, thawed if frozen
- 8 ounces sea scallops, patted dry
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Begin by preparing your lobster tails. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the middle of each tail shell to expose the lobster meat. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell for an elegant presentation.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in the garlic mixture until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
