🇮🇹 Malloreddus (Sardinian Gnocchi)
Tender ridged gnocchetti coated in savory tomato sausage sauce—Sardinian comfort on a plate!
Ingredients:
• 2 cups malloreddus pasta
• 1/4 pound Italian sausage (crumbled)
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
