Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340g) rotini pasta
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh chives or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This step ensures your baked dish will be perfectly heated and cooked throughout.

2. In a large pot, cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.
