Seared Salmon with Creamy Spinach & Garlic Mushrooms 🧄🐟🥬🍄
Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
2 salmon fillets
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Mushrooms:
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp butter
- Pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions:
1. Sear the Salmon:
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil + butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon 3–4 mins per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
2. Cook the Mushrooms:
- In a separate pan, sauté mushrooms in butter until browned. Season lightly. Set aside.
3. Make Creamy Spinach Sauce:
In the salmon skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 secs.
Stir in cream and chopped spinach. Simmer until thickened. Season to taste.
4. Assemble & Serve:
Pour creamy spinach sauce onto plate, place salmon on top.
Spoon mushrooms over salmon.
