**Ingredients:**
- 1½ lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, or strip), cut into bite-sized pieces

- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 oz medium pasta shells
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

**Instructions:**
1. **Cook Pasta:** Boil pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. **Sear Steak:** Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear the steak bites in batches, 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. **Make Garlic Butter:** Lower heat medium. Add butter to the skillet, then garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
