🇮🇹 Antipasto Board (Italian Charcuterie Board)
A beautiful medley of cured meats, cheeses, and marinated veggies perfect for sharing.
Ingredients:
• 100g salami slices
• 100g prosciutto
• 100g provolone cheese, cubed
• 100g parmesan, sliced
• 1/2 cup green olives
• 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/4 cup marinated artichokes
• Optional: roasted red peppers, breadsticks, crackers
Instructions:
1. Arrange meats in folds or rosettes on a wooden board.
2. Add cubed and sliced cheeses next to meats.
3. Fill gaps with olives, tomatoes, and artichokes.
4. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with crackers or breadsticks.
