🍗 Sizzling Black Pepper Chicken with Mushrooms 🍄
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add chicken breasts and cook for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté Mushrooms and Garlic:
In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, until softened.
Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce:
Stir in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
4️⃣ Combine:
Return chicken to the skillet and spoon some sauce over it.
Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes to warm through.
5️⃣ Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite side dish.
