🦞 Cajun Butter Lobster Tail with Creamy Garlic Pasta & Roasted Asparagus 🍝🌿

🛒 Ingredients:
For the Lobster Tails:
2 lobster tails
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 garlic clove, minced
Juice of ½ lemon
For the Garlic Pasta:
8 oz fettuccine or linguine
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Asparagus:
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch of garlic powder (optional)
👩🍳 Directions:
Prep the lobster tails: Use scissors to cut through the top of each lobster shell and gently lift the meat above the shell. Place on a baking tray.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic, and lemon juice. Brush the lobster meat generously.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10–12 minutes until opaque and cooked through.
Cook the pasta according to package directions. In a pan, melt butter, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add cream. Simmer 2–3 mins, stir in Parmesan, salt & pepper. Toss in cooked pasta.
Roast the asparagus: Toss with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder if desired. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes.
Assemble your plate: Serve creamy garlic pasta with roasted asparagus and a lobster tail on top. Drizzle with extra Cajun butter if desired.
