Instructions
1. Make the Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
• Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (10-12 minutes).
• Drain and mash the potatoes with garlic, butter, and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
2. Sauté the Broccoli:
• Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
• Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Cook the Halibut:
