🍬 Bubblegum Cloud Fudge 🌈
Ingredients:
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon bubblegum flavoring oil (or vanilla extract for a simpler option)
3–4 drops gel food coloring (in pastel shades like pink, blue, or yellow)
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions:
Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper with nonstick spray or a dab of butter.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Remove from heat.
Stir in the bubblegum flavoring oil (or vanilla extract) until evenly distributed. If using, divide the mixture into separate bowls and add a few drops of gel food coloring to each bowl to create different pastel hues. Mix well to achieve your desired shades.
Pour one colored layer of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Repeat with the remaining colors, gently layering them on top of each other for a marbled effect.
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and rainbow sprinkles evenly over the top, pressing them lightly into the fudge to help them adhere.
Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and place it on a cutting board.
