Earthy, rich, and aromatic – this simple dish brings out the luxurious flavor of black truffles!

📝 You will need:
• 250 g strangozzi or spaghetti
• 1 small black truffle (about 20–30 g), thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
• Grated Parmesan (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
2️⃣ In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté garlic gently without browning.
3️⃣ Add the cooked pasta directly to the pan with a splash of pasta water.
4️⃣ Toss in the truffle slices, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Serve immediately, optionally topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan.
