8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on) ๐
5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed ๐ฅ
1 red bell pepper, chopped ๐ถ๏ธ
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets ๐ฅฆ
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder ๐ง
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp thyme
