Loaded Cheesy Beef Tater Tots

Ingredients:
1 (28 oz) bag frozen tater tots
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned, drained)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup nacho cheese or cheese sauce (optional but extra melty)
1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven and bake tater tots according to package directions until crispy and golden.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
3. Once tots are ready, transfer them to an oven-safe dish.
4. Top with cooked ground beef, diced tomatoes, onions (if using), and shredded cheddar. Pour cheese sauce on top if using.
5. Return to oven and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
