📌 Ingredients:Shrimp & Sauce:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Mashed Potatoes:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter
Salt & pepper to taste
🔥 Instructions:
Prepare Mashed Potatoes:
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
Drain and mash with heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper.
Cook Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Make Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, and paprika.
Simmer until sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine & Serve:
Return shrimp to skillet and coat with the creamy sauce.
