π Ingredients:
β’ 4 ears of corn (husks removed)
β’ 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
β’ 3 cloves garlic (minced)
β’ 1/2 tsp paprika
β’ 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
β’ 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
β’ Salt and pepper (to taste)
β’ 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
β’ 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk (optional for extra creaminess)

1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) or fire up the grill.
2οΈβ£ Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, and parsley together.
3οΈβ£ Brush the corn with the garlic butter mixture.
4οΈβ£ Oven method: Bake for 20-25 mins, turning halfway. Grill method: Grill for 10-15 mins, turning often.
