How to Make Them
1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F.
2. SautΓ© the veggies: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and green peppers. Cook until theyβre tender and just starting to caramelize.
3. Add the steak: Stir in the shaved steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak is fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Remove from heat.
4. Build your sliders: Without separating the rolls, slice them horizontally to create a top and bottom layer. Place the bottom half in a baking dish or on a sheet pan.
5. Layer it up: Spread the steak and veggie mix over the bottom layer of rolls. Lay provolone slices on top, then cover with the top half of the rolls.
6. Brush with butter topping: Mix melted butter, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Brush generously over the tops of the buns.
7. Bake: Pop them in the oven for 17β20 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is perfectly melty.
8. Serve hot: Slice into individual sliders and enjoy while theyβre warm and gooey!
