Soy-Garlic Ramen Hack 🍜🧄 (TikTok Noodles)
Ingredients:
1 pack instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
1 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp sesame oil
1 green onion, chopped
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Everything bagel seasoning (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water according to package instructions (about 3 minutes), then drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar, letting it bubble slightly.
Push the sauce to one side of the pan and crack in the egg on the other side. Scramble it gently until cooked.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well coated.
Drizzle in sesame oil and stir in green onions.
Add red pepper flakes if you want a bit of heat.
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if using, for a fun crunchy topping.
Serve warm and enjoy your easy, tasty noodle hack!
