Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp Bites 🍤🥩
Tender, juicy, and drenched in rich buttery flavor!
📝 Ingredients:
250g sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes
200g large shrimp, peeled & deveined
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
🍽️ Directions:
1️⃣ Sear the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and juicy. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter and cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and tender. Remove and set aside with the steak.
3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
Lower the heat. Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in parsley and crushed red pepper if using.
4️⃣ Combine & Coat:
Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Toss everything together to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
5️⃣ Serve Hot:
Plate up while warm. Spoon extra butter sauce over the top for full flavor.
