Jamaican Purple Rain
Ingredients:
1 oz coconut rum
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz grenadine
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cranberry juice
Ice cubes
Pineapple wedge or cherry for garnish
Directions:
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add the coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice.
Shake well until chilled.
Pour the grenadine into the bottom of a glass, then slowly pour the shaken mixture over it to create a layered effect.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry. Serve and enjoy!
