🛒 Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp unsalted butter
6 garlic cloves (minced)
1 small onion (diced)
3 cups beef broth
2 cups heavy cream
12 oz penne or pasta of choice
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

1. Brown the Beef:
In a large pot or deep skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Drain excess fat if needed, then add butter and stir until melted.
2. Sauté the Aromatics:
Add diced onion and garlic to the beef.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
3. Add Liquids & Pasta:
