🌿 Trofie al Pesto
Traditional Ligurian pasta with aromatic pesto and green beans for a fresh, simple meal.
📝 Ingredients:
• 12 oz trofie pasta
• 1/2 cup green beans, trimmed
• 1 small potato (optional), cubed
• 1/2 cup pesto sauce (homemade or store-bought)
• Salt to taste
• Grated Parmesan (for topping)
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Bring salted water to boil. Add pasta, green beans, and potato cubes.
2️⃣ Cook until pasta is al dente and veggies are tender.
3️⃣ Drain and reserve 2 tbsp cooking water.
4️⃣ Toss pasta with pesto and a bit of water to loosen.
5️⃣ Serve hot with grated Parmesan on top.
