Fall-off-the-bone tender ribs you’ll crave!
BBQ Beef Ribs
Ingredients:
2 racks beef ribs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 cups BBQ sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
2. Remove membrane from the back of the ribs.
3. Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
4. Wrap ribs in foil and place on a baking tray.
5. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
6. Remove from foil, brush with BBQ sauce.
7. Broil or grill for 5-10 minutes until caramelized.
