🧄🧀 Creamy Parmesan Steak Pasta
✨ Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank), sliced into thin strip
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, mince
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Pasta & Sauce:
12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak strips and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
