Strawberry cake π ππ°. Ingredients
πΉ For cake:
β’ 200 g of flour
β’ 1 teaspoon baking powder
β’ 8 egg yolks
β’ 6 egg whites
β’ 200 g of sugar
β’ 1 teaspoon vanilla
β’ 50 g of melted butter
β’ 270 g strawberry jam
πΉ For merengue:
β’ 2 egg whites
β’ 250 g of mashed strawberries
β’ 250 g of sugar

Preparation

1. Prepare the cake
1. Preheat the oven at 180 Β° C. Grease and flour a mold.
2. Dimane the flour with baking and reserve dust.
3. Beat the 6 clear nougat and reserve.
4. In another bowl, beat the sugar with the yolks until the mixture is creamy.
5. Incorporates the sink flour, vanilla and melted butter.
6. Add the clear beaten in enveloping movements.
