Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
2. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully blended.
3. Fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies until well combined. The mixture should be thick and slightly sticky.
4. Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place each ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
