No Bake Banana Split Pudding Cups
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- Chocolate syrup
- Chopped nuts (optional)
- sliced strawberries
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix until well combined. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture to create a fluffy consistency.
4. Layer the pudding in cups or jars: start with a spoonful, then add sliced bananas, pineapple, strawberries, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Repeat layers as desired.
5. Top with whipped cream, more chocolate syrup, chopped nuts, and a cherry (optional)
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
