Ingredients:
• 100 g almond flour
• 100 g powdered sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 egg whites
• 100 g sugar
• 100 g flour
• 200 g dark chocolate
• 150 g butter
• 100 ml coffee (strong, brewed)
• 200 g heavy cream
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare almond sponge cake layers and bake until golden.
2️⃣ Make coffee syrup and soak sponge layers.
3️⃣ Whip buttercream with coffee for filling.
4️⃣ Melt chocolate with cream for ganache.
5️⃣ Layer sponge, buttercream, and ganache, finishing with a shiny chocolate glaze.
