One-Pot Buffalo Chicken Macaroni
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Green onions, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
2. Stir in buffalo sauce, chicken broth, milk, and macaroni. Bring to a simmer and cook until macaroni is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
3. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
