For the meatballs 🧆
Ground beef or pork
Onion (grated)
Garlic (minced)
Egg
Breadcrumbs
Fresh parsley
Salt & pepper
Olive oil for frying
For the creamy sauce 🍅
Butter
Garlic
Paprika
Tomato paste
Heavy cream or sour cream
Salt, pepper, chili flakes (optional)
Fresh herbs for garnish
For the mashed potatoes 🥔
Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
Butter
Milk or cream
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Mix meatball ingredients, form balls, and fry until browned. In the same pan, sauté garlic and tomato paste in butter, add paprika, pour in cream, and season. Simmer meatballs in sauce. Boil and mash potatoes with butter and milk. Serve everything hot with a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
