Chicken breast pieces

For the Couscous Salad 🥗:
Israeli (pearl) couscous
Bell peppers (red, yellow, green) 🌶️
Cherry tomatoes 🍅
Cucumber 🥒
Fresh parsley 🌿
Lemon juice & olive oil drizzle

Instructions:
Marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, then grill until beautifully charred and juicy. Meanwhile, cook the couscous and toss it with finely chopped veggies, herbs, and a splash of lemony olive oil. Serve the warm grilled chicken over the chilled couscous salad with a lemon wedge on the side.
Tip: Add feta or olives for a Mediterranean twist!
