Zesty Lemon Butter Fish Fillet 🐟
A light and flavorful dish with a tangy lemon butter sauce that enhances the fish!
👉 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗜𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘄!
• 4 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, halibut, or your favorite white fish)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (optional)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp butter (for sauce)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1️⃣ Pat fish fillets dry, season with salt and pepper, and lightly dredge in flour.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Cook fish fillets until golden and cooked through (about 3-4 mins per side).
3️⃣ In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, and add broth, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer for 2 mins.
4️⃣ Pour sauce over fish, garnish with parsley.
