🛒 Ingredients:
500g ground beef 🥩
4 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed 🥔
1 red bell pepper, diced 🌶️
1 green bell pepper, diced 🌶️
1 onion, chopped 🧅
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 tbsp tomato paste 🍅
1 tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
1/2 tsp ground cumin 🌿
1 bay leaf 🍃
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the potatoes and bay leaf, mix well, and pour in a bit of water. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
