π Ingredients
14 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
Β½ cup mayonnaise
Β½ cup sour cream
1Β½ tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
ΒΌ tsp black pepper

cup crumbled bacon
ΒΌ cup shredded sharp cheddar
2 tbsp chopped chives (or scallions)
Paprika (for garnish)

Prep Eggs:
Slice eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks to a bowl; set aside 24 white halves. Finely chop 4 leftover whites.
Make Filling:
Mash yolks with a fork. Mix in mayo, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, and pepper.
Stir in chopped whites, bacon, cheddar, and chives.
Fill & Garnish:
Spoon filling into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika or extra chives.
Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
