CRACKER BARREL HASHBROWN CASSEROLE
10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup yellow onion, chopped small
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and divided in half
30 ounces hashbrowns
CRACKER BARREL MEATLOAF
For the Meatloaf Base:
2 pounds lean ground beef, 80/20 ground beef
1 ¼ cup crushed Ritz crackers
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
½ cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
½ cup sweet yellow onion, finely diced
½ cup half and half, or whole milk
2 extra large eggs, beaten
1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
For the Ketchup Glaze:
¾ cup ketchup
2 ½ tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
