🇮🇹 Pasta al Tartufo (Truffle Pasta)
Luxuriously creamy pasta infused with aromatic truffle – rich, indulgent, and elegant!
Ingredients:
• 250 g pasta (tagliatelle or rigatoni)
• 100 ml cream
• 30 g butter
• 20 g truffle paste or shaved truffle
• Salt and black pepper
• Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
2️⃣ Heat butter and cream in a pan, stir in truffle.
3️⃣ Add drained pasta, toss to coat in sauce.
4️⃣ Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle Parmesan if using.
