Caramel Crunch Cheesecake Fruit Salad
Ingredients
For the Cheesecake Bites:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Fruit Salad:
- 2 cups strawberries, halved
- 2 cups green grapes
- 1 cup red grapes
For the Toppings:
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts or pecans
- ¼ cup white chocolate drizzle
Instructions
1- Make the Cheesecake Bites:
1.1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
1.2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continue mixing until well combined.
1.3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
1.4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
1.5. Refrigerate the cheesecake mixture for at least 1 hour to set.
2- Prepare the Fruit Salad:
2.1. Wash and cut the strawberries and grapes as needed.
2.2. Combine the prepared fruits in a large bowl and gently toss to mix.
3- Assemble the Salad:
3.1. Take the chilled cheesecake mixture and form small balls or bite-sized portions.
3.2. Place the cheesecake bites on top of the mixed fruits in the bowl.
4- Add the Toppings:
4.1. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the fruit and cheesecake bites.
4.2. Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs, chopped peanuts or pecans, and white chocolate drizzle on top.
5- Serve and Enjoy:
5.1. Gently mix the salad to combine all the flavors before serving.
