What is a smoothie bowl? A smoothie bowl is a smoothie eaten from a bowl with a spoon instead of drinking it from a cup.
Smoothie bowls are great for breakfast during the warmer months, or a hearty snack/treat anytime.
The cool thing is that we can add toppings to smoothie bowls for added textures, flavors, and nutrients! Because of this, smoothie bowls can be a bit more satisfying.
You can easily add in some protein powder or collagen to really increase the protein intake of your bowls (which I totally recommend).
