Creamy risotto with bold Gorgonzola and crunchy walnuts – rich, savory, and satisfying!
Ingredients:
• 200 g arborio rice
• 700 ml vegetable broth
• 100 g Gorgonzola cheese
• 40 g shelled walnuts
• 30 g butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté onion in oil and butter until soft.
2️⃣ Add rice and toast for 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Gradually add hot broth, stirring continuously.
