Garlic Butter Lobster Tails in Tray Bake
Ingredients:
6 lobster tails, split in half
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place split lobster tails in an aluminum tray, flesh side up.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Spoon the garlic butter mixture generously over each lobster tail.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and slightly golden on top.
Broil for 2 minutes for extra crisp on the edges (optional).
Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley and green onions.
Serve hot with lemon wedges.
