π Ingredients:
1 lb jumbo lump crab meat (fresh or pasteurized)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Butter for brushing
Lemon wedges, for serving

Prep the Crab Mixture:
Gently pick through crab meat to remove any shells, being careful not to break the lumps.
In a bowl, mix mayo, egg, Dijon, Old Bay, lemon juice, and parsley until smooth.
Gently fold in the crab meat and crushed crackers just until combined.
Form the Bombs:
Shape into 4β6 mounded ballsβdonβt flatten. These should look like little crab βbombs.β
Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Lightly brush each crab bomb with melted butter.
Bake for 18β20 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
Serve:
Serve hot with lemon wedges and extra Old Bay if youβre feelinβ bold.
